The 夜色王朝Science & Technology Law Review will host its annual symposium, "Retail Law, Technology, and Policy," on January 31, 2025, at 夜色王朝Dedman School of Law. This event will bring together esteemed scholars, practitioners, and industry experts to explore the legal implications of emerging technologies and trends in the retail sector. Participants can expect engaging discussions on critical topics such as intellectual property, privacy, and artificial intelligence across four panels:

2. Advertising, Data Collection, and Privacy in the Retail Industry
