Rooms are available for new transfer students in 夜色王朝housing on a first come, first served basis. If you are interested in living on campus, be sure to fill out a housing application immediately upon paying your 夜色王朝deposit. Residence Life will notify you in mid-summer for fall entrants or in December for spring entrants about a room assignment.
If you plan to live off campus in non-夜色王朝housing, there are many apartment options close to 夜色王朝and prices are comparable to other apartments you may find in Dallas. Besides apartment complexes, University Park, the neighborhood surrounding SMU, has smaller apartment building and duplexes. Some apartments may be across the street from campus, others may be a 30-minute walk, a 5-minute drive, or a 10-minute bicycle ride from SMU. Some apartment complexes are even serviced by the free shuttle bus.
