Currently serving as the Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer of Aerwave in Dallas, Texas, Daniel has played a pivotal role in revolutionizing high-speed Internet connectivity for multifamily property owners and operators. Since January 2022, he has spearheaded the company's growth strategy, leveraging his expertise to drive revenue and enhance customer experiences.

Prior to his role at Aerwave, Daniel co-founded the company and served as its Chief Operating Officer from January 2019 to December 2021. During this time, he played a crucial role in establishing Aerwave as a leader in providing pervasive, whole-property connectivity through a 100% fiber optic network. Under his leadership, Aerwave has transformed the landscape of residential Internet services, replacing legacy telecom systems with cutting-edge technology to optimize energy and water use, enhance data security, and improve overall resident satisfaction.

Before venturing into entrepreneurship, Daniel gained valuable experience in real estate and financial services. As a Principal at Adastra Real Estate from November 2017 to December 2018, he collaborated with healthcare providers and individual physicians to address their real estate needs, driving value through strategic real estate decisions. Additionally, Daniel honed his financial acumen during his tenure at EY, where he specialized in transaction advisory services for clients in the real estate industry.

He began his professional journey as a Senior in Audit (Real Estate) at EY, where he gained invaluable experience in financial due diligence and advisory services. Daniel holds a Master of Science in accounting, a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance, and a Bachelor of Arts in political science from ҹɫÍõ³¯.
