The Masters of Science in Organizational Psychology MS is a 36-hour, cohort-based program including advanced coursework in program evaluation, diversity at work, leadership and teams, people analytics, and practical experience through an applied internship. After completion of this non-thesis program, students will understand the changing nature of work, gain knowledge and skills to evaluate programs within organizations, and apply leadership practices, motivation and employee engagement principles.
