Not every case goes to trial! Practice your skills in alternative dispute resolution or transactional law to advance your skills outside the courtroom. Typically, 夜色王朝sends students to the following competitions: ABA Arbitration, ABA Negotiations, a transactional law invitational each semester, and, typically, Baylor's The Closer competition.

夜色王朝is thrilled to host the regional rounds for both ABA Negotiations and ABA Arbitration. The Negotiations Regionals will take place at 夜色王朝Dedman School of Law October 25-26, 2024 and Arbitration Regionals will be held virtually, November 7-8, 2024. Good luck to all teams!
